Swinford Camera club will have an outing to the Midlands Airshow in Abbyshrule Co Longford on Sunday the 31st May. The bus will leave from the Gateway Hotel at 9.30 on the Sunday morning. There are some seats still available on the bus and non club members would be most welcome.
We will get to meet the pilots before the stunt show and there will be a model aircraft display on show. The airshow will begin at 2pm and finish around 5.30. Some of the planes that will be on show include CAP-231, Pitts Special, Hawker Hunter, Sukhoi S26, Xtreme Sbach 342, & Iolar DH84 Dragon. Some of the pilots that will be there are Breitling wing walkers, Rich Goodwin, Artur Kielak, David Bruton, Adrian Hattan, William Hillick, Eddie Goggins and the Irish air co.
