At last meeting it was a case of ‘a blast from the past’ when Louis McNulty gave a demonstration of processing slide film and Tom Regan projected some slides he shot in the late eighties.
We are now in the digital age and used to everything being instant, back in the day when it was either print or slide film we used for photography we had to be patient and wait to see the fruits of our labour.
The darkroom has now been replaced by Photoshop and other photo editing suites, looking at the slides brought back happy memories for members.
